EpicCare Link is available for Hendricks Regional Health affiliated providers, referring providers, office support staff as well as community-based care partners such as long-term care facilities. EpicCare Link provides view-only access to your Hendricks Regional Health patients’ real-time health records, including lab results, diagnostic test results, hospitalization records, procedural information, discharge instructions, progress notes, medication list, allergies and medical history information.

With EpicCare Link, affiliate providers can:
- Access patients’ medical records at HRH to provide better continuity of care
- Securely send messages to HRH providers
- Request and follow a referral in real-time as well as submit documents electronically
- Review billing information — Affiliate providers who admit patients to HRH can have their billing staff review clinical documentation to verify client billing is accurate and supported (can be utilized for coding and charge reconciliation)
