The Hendricks Regional Health Cancer Center staff has earned recognition for its dedication to our Treat People Better philosophy. Radiation services are available in the Cancer Center at our Avon Medical Center, including PET/CT exams.
We utilize the latest technology techniques and offer IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy), SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy), SRS/SRT (Stereotactic Radiosurgery/Stereotactic Radiation Therapy), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), 3D (Three-Dimensional) computerized treatment planning and HDR (High Dose Rate) Brachytherapy internal radiation treatment for any cancer treatment.
Each patient receives an individualized plan to optimize treatment while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissue. In addition to treatments, patients can take advantage of nutrition consultations and other supportive care.
