Our Practice
As part of this close-knit community, the Lizton Family Medicine staff will get to know you as both a person and a patient. This individualized approach allows us to accomplish our goal: Helping families live longer, better lives.
Our regular hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are closed daily for lunch from 12 to 1 p.m. For an appointment, call (317) 994-6600.
