Our 2026 Community Sponsorship Program begins January 5, 2026. Below is some additional information about our program and guidelines.

At Hendricks Regional Health, our culture is built around a legacy of community service. We are honored to join our family, friends and neighbors in West Central Indiana on their journey to better health. Hendricks is eager to collaborate with community organizations focusing on prevention, mental wellness, movement and nutrition.  We are dedicated to nurturing an accessible community and helping to remove barriers that lead to poor health outcomes.

Guidelines

Hendricks is most interested in the work your organization does in the community.  Please do not focus solely on events when submitting this application.

• Only one application per organization each grant cycle (January 15, 2025 – October 15, 2025).
• Requests received less than 60 days in advance of the deadline for making a decision risk being excluded from consideration. Please allow up to 90 days for a decision to be made.
• Organization must be not-for-profit and focused on serving Hendricks or Putnam County.
• Hendricks will not consider requests from individual teams or fundraisers.
• Priority will be given to organizations who are mission-aligned and are collaborative with others rather than duplicative in their services. 
• Hendricks serves as the official sports medicine provider for 13 K-12 schools and provides a sponsorship as part of that contractual agreement. To maintain fairness and consistency, we cannot sponsor extracurricular school teams, advertisements at athletic events, or other fundraisers tied to partnering schools.
• Requests greater than $2,500 require that Hendricks be the exclusive healthcare sponsor.
