New Life Associates is a team of OB-GYN physicians dedicated to meeting the unique and varying medical needs of women. Since 1987, we have been committed to caring for our patients from adolescence to the mature generation. Our offices are conveniently located in Danville, Brownsburg and Greencastle, and offer many services and tests under the same roof.
Our regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All locations are closed for lunch from noon until 1 p.m. For an appointment, call (317) 745-3366 in Danville and Greencastle or (317) 858-4605 in Brownsburg.
When you schedule your first appointment, you will be sent a Registration Form, which you can mail back or bring with you when you come for your appointment. In addition, please bring your current insurance card.
If your insurance requires a physician’s referral, and your physician has referred you here, it is your responsibility to have the referral with you. We will not be able to see you without this referral.
