The provider team you’ve known and trusted for nearly 50 years is now part of Hendricks Regional Health.
Our regular hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday. We are closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. For an appointment, call (765) 653-8453.
