The providers at Avon Family Health are here to partner with your entire family to improve health and wellness. We are committed to helping you achieve the pursuit of a healthy life.
Services include child and adult well assessments, preventative care, newborn care, immunizations and allergy shots, hearing and vision screenings, care for acute and chronic conditions, sports/camp physical exams, employment physical exams, minor fracture care, minor surgical procedures, injections to treat arthritis and joint pain, testing and evaluation for asthma and other lung conditions, initial cardiac evaluation including EKGs and more.

Appointment hours are 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is located at the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA. Same-day appointments are often available for existing patients.
