Hendricks Practices Are Going Cashless

To improve efficiency and enhance safety, Hendricks Regional Health practices will no longer accept cash beginning January 5, 2026.

The preferred way for patients to satisfy their co-payment requirement is with a credit/debit card, either in MyChart during the electronic check-in process for your appointment or in the office at the time of service.

What if I Do Not Have a Credit/Debit Card?

If you do not have a credit/debit card at the time of service, you may:

  1. Request a MyChart billing statement to pay by credit/debit card or by check following your appointment, or
  2. Pay by cash, check, or credit/debit card in person at one of the following locations:
    • HRH Finance Business Center, 252 Meadow Dr, Danville; Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily
    • HRH Physician Billing Office, 1100 Southfield Dr, Suite 1370, Plainfield; Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily
