A class for patients interested in maximizing natural labor and birth. It is designed to be taken after the Labor Class and builds on the information learned there, focusing on Lamaze’s SIX Healthy Birth Practices. The class includes hands on practice with comfort measures, positions for labor and pushing, breathing, mindfulness, specific ways partners can support and communicating with providers and hospital staff. Discussion includes ways to maximize your goals of delivering without medication.
