Try Tai Chi I for a movement meditation. One of the classic methods for mindfulness during movement, Tai Chi has been used for centuries for it's physical and emotional health benefits. Join Dr. Cindy Myers on May 27 at the Plainfield Medical Center to learn the first level of Tai Chi Fundamentals. We will meet in atrium and, weather permitting, wil practice Tai Chi on the rehab patio or it not, in the conference room
