Diabetes Education and Support – a nurse practitioner and certified diabetes educator from the Hendricks Regional Health Center for Diabetes Excellence provides diabetes management for patients with both type I and type II diabetes. Services include continuous glucose monitoring, insulin pump device management, gestational diabetes care and support for patients with difficult-to-control blood sugars.
