Biography

Dr. Robyn Fean has joined Hendricks Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Hendricks Regional Health Brownsburg Hospital. After graduating from St. Mary’s College, she received her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Fean completed her residency training at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis and went on to complete a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Washington. She is the newest addition to our growing orthopedics and sports medicine program, enhancing our full continuum of care available to the community.

Dr. Fean specializes in diagnosing and treating a number of sports-related injuries including acute and chronic joint pain, lateral epicondylosis (tennis elbow), stress fractures, global fracture care, knee ligament injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, concussions and many more. Her philosophy of care is focused on helping her patients stay active doing the activities they enjoy.

She is a provider of an in-office procedure called Tenex, a minimally invasive treatment designed for patients with certain common sports medicine injuries. In addition, she performs some ultrasound-guided procedures, using ultrasound technology to guide therapeutic injections and other treatment approaches.

The Hendricks Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team cares for patients of all ages and activity levels – you do not need to be an athlete to seek sports medicine care. Anyone experiencing pain, discomfort, or a limited range of motion can benefit from a sports medicine evaluation.
