About Event

This in-person class is for ALL expecting parents and covers the basics of natural labor, inductions and cesarean sections. Topics include the stages of labor, pain management, positions for labor and comfort measures, tools for labor, creating a birth plan and the first few hours with your baby following birth, The class is taught by a Childbirth Center RN and includes a tour of the Childbirth Center. The class fee is $30 per couple. Support partners are included in the registration.
