About Event

Meditation, or Mindfulness, has been a part of every culture as far back as we can find historical writings. Benefits of meditation include improved relaxation, sleep, focus, mood, relationships and spiritual enrichment. There are MANY types of meditation, and we will explore just a few during this session. We will also have a short group conversation of how each method worked for you, and how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life for improved health.
