About Event

This online class is for anyone in their 1st or 2nd trimesters of pregnancy and is all about what you can to do keep yourself and your baby healthy. Topics include: nutrition, exercise, prenatal care, body changes, things to avoid, & how to prepare for your baby's birth. Discussion is led by an RN, the CBC's Perinatal Patient Educator and you will receive a FREE e-book on all things for a Healthy Pregnancy.
