Cancer Resource Center

Hendricks Regional Health offers a Cancer Resource Center and Library at our Danville Campus through a partnership with the American Cancer Society.

The resource center is open to cancer patients, their families, hospital staff and the general public from Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Opened in July 2011, the center is a unique offering in central Indiana. It is staffed by American Cancer Society volunteers.


The center itself includes cancer literature, a computer with printer for cancer research and a private room for reading or watching a DVD. For more information about the Cancer Resource Center, call (317) 718-6752.

Hendricks Regional Health is approved with commendation from the American College of Surgeon’s Commission on Cancer for programs that provide state-of-the-art evaluation, treatment and follow-up to cancer patients and are committed to quality improvement. We offer a full continuum of cancer services in the western suburbs of Indianapolis. Our team is dedicated to providing the community of Hendricks county and surrounding counties with outstanding health services, conveniently located and tailored to the needs of patients.

Cancer Tests and Procedures
Doctors use tests like mammography, MRI, and CT scans to help them screen for, diagnose, and treat cancer. If you have cancer, you may have had one or more of these tests.
