Hendricks Regional Health YMCA is a destination where people can learn, plan and take action to improve their health and quality of life. The campus offers a host of health and wellness services designed around the needs of the community. Some of the amenities available include:

AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill – uses anti-gravity technology to benefit patients challenged with weight-bearing, land-based exercises. Use of the AlterG is available to anyone in the community. Call (317) 272-4186.

Indoor warm water therapy/recreational pool with interactive water structures and 78 ft. long slide.
9,000 square-foot wellness center with strength and cardiovascular equipment.
