How You Can Use MyChart

• Look at Test Results: Get easy access to your test results. There are exceptions for certain sensitive test results, but most can be accessed via MyChart.
   
• Review Clinical Notes: To make sure you don’t miss important information about your health and treatment plan, MyChart allows you to review clinical notes from your visit as written by your provider. These notes may include next steps and upcoming tests or referrals. This is just one more way you and your healthcare team can more easily communicate and stay on the same page.
   
• Schedule Appointments: If you are an established patient with Hendricks Regional Health, many of our providers offer online scheduling with easy e-check in to save you time. You can also schedule your annual screening mammogram.
   
• Message Your Physician or Provider: Directly message your physician or provider with any questions or concerns you have.
   
• Save Your Spot: Available through our MyChart app and patient portal, you can compare wait times at our three Immediate Care Center locations and then save your spot in line. Click here to learn more.
   
• Request Prescription Renewals: Get an overview of your current medications and request refills through MyChart — and learn more about your prescriptions by looking at the About This Medication section.
   
• View Appointment Records: Check out more information about scheduled appointments or get an appointment summary from a previous visit.
   
• Access Your Child or Dependent’s Health Records: You can securely access medical records of your loved ones by adding them to your MyChart account. Just click on their name to access their information. Be sure to talk with your physician’s office about setting up this type of proxy access.
   
• Manage Your Health Records from Other Organizations: MyChart allows you to manage your health records from all of your MyChart accounts with one convenient login.
   
• Safely Share Your Health Information Wherever You Are: The Share Everywhere feature in MyChart gives you access to all of your health records so you can share them with other providers or if you’re out of town.
