Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and help you deal with the stresses inherent in pregnancy and life after delivery. This delightful, uplifting class is just for moms-to-be and new moms. Whether you are three months pregnant or mother of a three month old, your body is being bombarded by a myriad of physical and hormonal changes. The same nurturing and strengthening yoga practice that supports a pregnant body benefits a new, sleep deprived mother as well!! Please leave your little one at home as this is a time just for you. This class is designed to enhance your ability to relax as well as feel empowered and confident in your ever-changing body. Please bring a mat. Mats are also available to rent for $1 per class.
