It is best to take this during your last trimester and can also be taken after your baby is born. Breastfeeding Class: Boost your confidence and learn all the breastfeeding essentials! Taught by a IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) topics include: benefits for mom and baby, how your body makes milk, positioning, hunger cues, what your support partner can do, latch and troubleshooting common problems. Partners are included in the registration – they will be your middle of the night support, so it is really helpful if they have some information! Pumping Class: Learn what to look for in a breast pump. See a demonstration of how a pump works. Get information on when to pump and how to build a supply, preparing for returning back to work, what to expect and how to troubleshoot possible problems for yourself and your baby.
