ONLINE ‘’This is Not What I Expected’ Class: Becoming a parent involves lots of change, changes that are exciting & joyful, but can also be stressful and overwhelming. Everyone’s path in motherhood is different and this class includes strategies for recognizing feelings of stress and how to deal with them, building a village of support, caring for yourself and your growing family, maximizing sleep, increasing movement and healthy habits, knowing what is ‘normal’ in your changing body & life and connecting to resources in your community.
