About Event

The first 25 minutes of this class will be Kickboxing, and the last 25 minutes Body Sculpt.  Kickboxing is  a great cardiovascular workout that has bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, and kickboxing specific strength/endurance training.   This total body workout is a great way to build strength in your lower body while toning legs, thighs, abdominals and glutes.  Body Sculpt  is a simple, low impact, yet challenging resistance training class with an emphasis on toning the muscles of your entire body. This class will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility.  It is designed for every fitness level.  You will need to bring  a  mat.
