About Event

Love can Melt Anything, "FROZEN"
A routine inspired by Disney's movie, FROZEN, full of Olaf's warm hugs!  This class is  for adults and their child, ages 3-5 years old.  It is a fun way to bond with your young ones and get a work out yourself!  Each yoga routine incorporates partner poses, Children's literature, music, singing, games or rhymes, creating an atmosphere for imagination and learning while promoting a healthy body!  Please bring a mat.  Mats will also be available to rent for $1.
