Take the Breastfeeding & Pumping Class together and get a discount on the price! Partners are included in the registration. It is best to take this during your last trimester and can also be taken after your baby is born. Breastfeeding Class: Boost your confidence and learn all the breastfeeding essentials! Taught by a IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) topics include: benefits for mom and baby, how your body makes milk, positioning, hunger cues, what your support partner can do, latch and troubleshooting common problems. Partners are included in the registration – they will be your middle of the night support, so it is really helpful if they have some information! Pumping Class: Learn what to look for in a breast pump. See a demonstration of how a pump works. Get information on when to pump and how to build a supply, preparing for returning back to work, what to expect and how to troubleshoot possible problems for yourself and your baby.
