The 4th Trimester: Taking care of Mom & Baby: This class covers the 4th trimester for both mom and baby, the 12 weeks following delivery. Topics focus on what to expect in the 6 week+ postpartum period, and how to care for yourself and your baby. This includes: feeding, diapering, safe sleep, nutrition, exercise, self care. It will include sharing of information, video and hands on experience. This class can be taken with the pumping class, directly following it, for a reduced fee.
