Hendricks Regional Health offers sponsorship and donation opportunities to our community.

Sponsorship Request Guidelines:
A.    Recipients must be organizations with a 501(c)(3) verification from the IRS or are a part of a governmental entity.
B.    All organizations applying for funding must complete the funding request application and state a clear explanation about how the request is consistent with the mission of Hendricks Regional Health.
C.    Contributions should generally remain in the geographic area of Hendricks County and support local programs and services.
D.    Priority consideration will be given to those organizations and programs that promote or improve health in the community.

Funding is NOT provided for the following:
•    Organizations that discriminate by race, creed, gender, age or national origin
•    Political activities and organizations
•    Any funding that benefits an individual directly, even if in the form of reduced participation fees or trip fees
•    Individual sports teams and all-star teams
•    Sectarian or religious activities
•    Conferences, trips or tours
•    Fraternal, veteran or labor groups serving only their members
•    Advertising
•    Membership fees or association fees, either personal or corporate
•    Family Foundations
•    Programs outside of the Hendricks Regional Health service area
