Dr. Prather specializes in adult total joint replacements, revisions
and joint preservation. He is one of only a few physicians in Indiana
trained in the direct anterior approach to total hip replacement. This
muscle sparing surgery has a shorter recovery time than traditional hip
replacement and requires no dislocation precautions for the patient
following surgery. Dr. Prather
is proficient in Spanish and has served as a Spanish translator in
clinical settings.
