Located at our Plainfield Campus, the center partners with our award-winning physical and occupational therapy team. It also provides accredited laboratory and radiology services.

Occupational Health and Wellness Resources

Our staff will offer proactive solutions and recommend ways you can keep your employees healthy. But if an injury or illness occurs, you can count on the high-quality, convenient care. Our staff acts as case managers for your employee, and work with physicians throughout treatment.

We are dedicated to returning the injured employee to work as soon as it is safely possible. If your company has light duty available, we will send the able employee back with restrictions. Our goal is to reduce the costs for medical care and wage-replacement and to restore productivity of the employee.
