Action for Healthy Kids

According to government statistics, one-third of American children are obese or at risk of becoming so. To fight this epidemic on a local level, Hendricks Regional Health works to help prevent, identify and treat overweight or obese children to create healthier futures.

We encourage you to use our list of helpful resources to explore ways to improve your family's health through good nutrition and activity.
