Great Shape Program

Great Shape is a wellness program available to local companies that provides health coaching to employees. Our staff of nutrition and exercise experts work in conjunction with wellness nurses to provide one-on-one nutritional counseling, Target Metabolism visits, personalized activity plans, fitness classes and online blogging communities.

The program also gives support for behavior change in a group setting, stress reduction activities and hundreds of dollars of free medical care for the participants.
