Welcome! Below you will find some frequently asked questions about using your clinic's online tools and accessing services available to you.
How can I make an appointment to be seen at the clinic?
The preferred way to make an appointment is to use the online scheduling system. If you need assistance or don't have access to a computer, please call the Employer Clinic Helpline at (317) 837-5595 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How do I find out my username and password to use online scheduling?
Once you are eligible, the clinic administrator will email you a username and temporary password. It will be a randomly assigned password that you can change any time. For those employees with dependents, each family will have just one username and password.
Where do I go to log in?
Go to
www.hendricks.org/clinic
to log into the tools.
What do I do if I forgot or lost my password?
Go to
www.hendricks.org/clinic
and click on the password prompt. You will need to be able to provide your username, birthdate and the last four digits of your social security number. The system will email you a new, temporary password. If you do not have an email address, the system will show you your password on the screen.

How do I get my medicine through the clinic?
Members can refill medications that were prescribed during a clinic appointment that occurred within the past 12 months. Medicines on the clinic formulary are free.
IMPORTANT:
To avoid waiting at the clinic for your prescription, be sure to make an appointment for a prescription refill. To do this online, simply click “Schedule an Appointment” and select “Prescription Refill” from the drop-down menu. Or you can call the Help Line for assistance. This ensures your medicine had been reviewed by the doctor, and is ready for you to pick up.
How long will it take to refill my medicine?
When refilling your medication online, kindly allow one business day for processing.
How do I cancel my clinic appointment?
Appointments may be cancelled by using the on-line scheduling tool or by calling (317) 837-5595 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How much do I have to pay for clinic services?
Services provided at the clinic are at no-cost to the member. All prescriptions written and filled at the clinic pharmacy are free. Only employees that carry insurance benefits may use clinic services.
