With overwhelming gratitude, watch as Sue Bogan, Hendricks Regional Health Foundation Director, announces the largest single donation in the Foundation's history. The generous gift was given from the estate of former active community member and Foundation legacy, Florence G. Cartlidge.
Sue and Florence's daughter, Cathy Mekel, emphasize Florence’s role in the Foundation and the impact she has made. Even after passing away in the summer of 2010, Florence did not cease to strongly contribute to the Foundation. Through her past actions and the recent large gift, Florence has made a real difference at Hendricks Regional Health by not only being a part of the Foundation's history, but also blazing a path for its future success.
Hendricks Regional Health Foundation builds healthier families by supporting the needs of Hendricks County's only nonprofit health system, Hendricks Regional Health. The Foundation is a separate entity that supports the hospital by helping expand services, purchase new technology and implement programs.
