Hendricks Regional Health has added another
radiology system at its Plainfield facility with the addition of a new wide
bore MRI. Featuring technology that provides a larger opening for the patient
and up to a 90 percent reduction in noise from other MRI systems, this spacious
and comfortable environment is an excellent choice for larger individuals or
those who are claustrophobic or apprehensive. The new MRI system also possesses
a unique non-contrast ability that eliminates the need to inject some patients
with contrast dye to enhance images.
