Dr. Sofianos is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed residency training in internal medicine at IU School of Medicine as well as fellowship training at the Indiana University Department of Gastroenterology.
Dr. Sofianos also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in pharmacy from Purdue University.
He is board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology and is a member of Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, as well as a 1997 recipient of the Eli Lilly Achievement Award.
