Life Pack Emergency Program

Hendricks Regional Health strives to improve the lives of residents of Hendricks County, including providing peace-of-mind at home. The Hendricks Regional Health Guild offers a free product called Life Pack that can help emergency medical personnel (EMS) and patients in case of emergency.

How Life Pack works
Each Life Pack includes two forms to record medical history and current medications. It also includes a special magnetic sleeve to store the forms, with instructions to place the magnetic sleeve on the front of the refrigerator. Local EMS crews are trained to look for Life Pack in the homes of area residents, which are especially valuable if the patient has impaired communication.
